Connect
a Mac at home.
The CauchyHome agent runs on a Mac mini or iMac on your home network. It scans locally and sends only the scan results here, signed with a token that belongs to one home.

Talk to your home in Grok, Claude or ChatGPT.
Add CauchyHome as a custom connector, sign in with Google, and pick your home. Then just say “Turn off all the lights”, “Set the temperature to 22 degrees” or “Play Frank Sinatra everywhere”.

Lights and thermostats: add them once on Add devices. In Apple Home you turn on pairing mode for a device and paste its code; CauchyHome joins it as a second controller over Matter, and Apple Home keeps working as before. Music needs nothing extra: it plays from the Music app on the Mac to every HomePod and AirPlay speaker (click Allow when macOS asks to let “node” control Music).
Optional: Apple Shortcuts fallback
For anything that isn’t Matter, you can still create shortcuts named CauchyHome Lights Off, CauchyHome Lights On or CauchyHome Temperature (input: °C) in the Shortcuts app on the Mac. CauchyHome uses them only when no added device matches.
